Kevin Joseph Farnan, Founding Partner of Volcano Law, APC

Kevin Farnan started Volcano Law, APC during the tumultuous second year of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to help small and struggling businesses make sense of the ever-changing field of California labor law.

He attended Loyola Marymount University, where he received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Classical Civilizations, and would later attend Loyola Law School. He spent much of his time at LLS helping to lead student groups such as the ACLU and Public Interest Law Foundation. Kevin obtained his Juris Doctor from LLS in 2019 with a specialization in criminal justice in 2019.

After practicing law in the trenches of Children's Court, Kevin made the switch to employment and labor law and has not looked back since. He now practices law to help businesses navigate California's complex systems of labor law and create better workplaces for their employees without being slowed down by costly and avoidable litigation.
